In order to satisfy WOSAF clients, we bind our services with terms and conditions, subsequent contracts should be taken into consideration according to the regulation of the united republic of Tanzania.

This privacy policy explains how we collect, safeguards, use and disclose your information when you use our services, including booking, tours and our website due to some personal details needed. WOSAF is committed to protect the privacy of our client to website visitors in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022 and other applicable laws of Tanzania.

1. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

Receipt of a completed booking form, and Payment of the required deposit or full payment (as specified).

1. Payment Policy

A deposit of 30%–50% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14–30 days before the tour start date. Bookings made within 14 days of travel require full payment immediately. Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved methods.

1. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing. Charges apply as follows:

• More than 30 days before travel: Deposit may be refunded (less admin fees)
• 15–30 days before travel: 50% of total cost charged
• 7–14 days before travel: 75% of total cost charged
• Less than 7 days / No-show: 100% of total cost charged

1. Changes & Amendments

Changes to bookings depend on availability and may incur extra costs. The company reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

1. Travel Insurance

All clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical emergencies
• Trip cancellations
• Loss of personal belongings

1. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Ensure they have valid passports, visas, and vaccinations (if required)
• Follow local laws and regulations of Tanzania
• Respect wildlife, environment, and local communities

1. WOSAF Liability

The company acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other services.

We are not liable for delays, injuries, loss, or damages caused by third-party providers.

We are not responsible for events beyond our control (e.g. weather, natural disasters, strikes).

1. Luggage

If your luggage weight on all scheduled flights within the parks and trekking trips is limited to one bag of 15 kg per person. In case your luggage exceeds 15 kg you will have to pay the cost for an additional porter on trekking trips and / or additional costs on all scheduled flights depending on the airline’s rules. (You will get specific details on your itinerary). While on safari or a trekking tour the rest of your luggage can be stored in desired hotels.

1. Health & Safety

Clients must inform the company of any medical conditions before travel. Participation in activities (e.g. safaris, hiking) is at the client’s own risk.

1. Pricing & Currency

All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices may change due to fuel costs, park fees, or government regulations.

1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and changes will be shared effectively
